December 11, (THEWILL) – Tiger Woods and his son Charlie will return to the PNC Championship in Orlando, Florida, marking their fifth appearance in the annual family team exhibition.
The tournament, scheduled for early 2025, will feature the renowned golfer and his young protégé competing against other professional athletes and their children.
Despite undergoing back surgery in September, Woods remains committed to the competition. The 15-time major champion has been cautious about his playing future, acknowledging that his body does not recover from surgeries as quickly as it once did. Woods will turn 49 later this month, bringing a wealth of experience to the tournament.
The PNC Championship, hosted at the Ritz-Carlton Club, presents a unique sporting spectacle where past and present PGA and LPGA Tour stars compete alongside their children.
