BEVERLY HILLS, January 31, (THEWILL) – Gambia-born Ghanaian actress, Princess Shyngle, says she has tied the knot with her lover whom she described as her “childhood crush”.
THEWILL recalls that the 30-year-old movie star in September 2019 had announced her engagement to Senegalese boyfriend, Frederic Badji.
It was later rumoured that the engagement had hit the rocks but the actress re-engaged Frederic in January 2020.
However, it was surprising that on Saturday, the movie star took to her Instagram account to announce that she has gotten married to a certain Bala Gaye who she called her “best friend and childhood crush”.
The actress also shared a compilation of video clips of herself and her husband sharing romantic postures as they physically expressed their love.
The movie star narrated the early days of their relationship and how they shared a friendship bond for 10 years before finally getting together as a couple.
Princess Shyngle also expressed her excitement at marrying the man of her dreams.
She wrote: “I just married my best friend. My crush since 8th grade even though you didn’t used to look my way back then, the only man I ever hit on numerous times but I had no luck. Instead you choose to be my friend for over 10 years. Little did either of us know we were gonna end up together.
“Our real and genuine friendship brought us together and made our relationship and bond stronger than ever. I’m still taking it all in and I know all this would not have been possible without Allah.
“I’m blessed to be married to my childhood crush, my forever crush, my best friend, gossip partner and love of my life. Mrs Bala-Gaye 4life. I’m officially a wife.”
