Mbappe, Haaland And Vinicius Junior

November 18, (THEWILL) – Real Madrid are hoping to sign both Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland next summer, and aim to combine them with Brazilian prodigy Vinicius Junior in an offensive three.

Mbappe’s contract with Paris Saint-Germain is coming to an end, and he has shown little desire in extending it. He is likely to join Real on a free transfer in the summer, while speculations claim that Los Blancos may try to sign him in January.

They are confident in signing Mbappe, but Haaland will be more difficult. His £68 million release clause is a steal, and every top club in the planet is considering invoking it, but Real are hoping to go to the front of the line.

According to certain sources, Real has accepted that they will not be able to compete financially with PSG or Manchester City for Haaland’s signature. Instead, they intend to activate his release clause and then persuade him to join Real and play with Mbappe.

If all goes well, the aim is to form an attacking trident with Vinicius, another wonderkid who has blossomed into a superstar winger this season.

Vinicius has nine goals in just 16 games this season, after scoring just 14 goals in his first three seasons at the Santiago Bernabeu. He also has seven assists.

Real feel he has matured into the €100 million player they envisioned, and his combination with Mbappe and Haaland would create the most expensive forward line in history and potentially the deadliest.

All of this is a bit unfair to Karim Benzema, who has been playing at near-Ballon d’Or levels for several years. He will be 34 in December, but he is showing no signs of slowing down. However, his spot in the side appears to be in jeopardy as the focus shifts to Haaland with Real already looking to the future.

There is no certainty Real will sign Haaland as their relationship with the Norwegian’s agent Mino Raiola remains tense, but it is hard to imagine the striker turning down additional cash to join Real.

Haaland’s father, who is extensively involved in his future, is also known to spend a lot of time in Madrid and is reportedly eager to see his son move to the Spanish capital. However, the final choice will undoubtedly rest with the 21-year-old about what will be best for him going forward
