SAN FRANCISCO, December 29, (THEWILL) – Veteran Actor and ace Broadcaster, Mr Sadiq Daba, has returned to Nigeria following treatments for a life threatening ailment in the United Kingdom.
He was being treated in Nigeria but required further evaluation and needed to be flown abroad.
Daba had been rescued by good spirited Nigerians who raised and sourced funds for his medical journey.
“It’s soooo good to be back home!!,” he wrote in a statement sent to THEWILL on Friday 29 December, upon his return.
“Who else will be there? Who has always
been there?
“Yes, the indefatigable woman of esteem and high standards, sincerity, honesty, love, care, adoration and My Angel, Dr.Joe Odumakin!!
“I am back stronger, healthier and well all thanks to the goodwill and kindness of thousands and thousands of Nigerians both home and abroad.
“Special mention and lots of love to Soni Irabor, who kick started it all!!
“I am ever so grateful.”
