March 28, (THEWILL) – Scotland pulled off a stunning upset victory over Spain on Tuesday night, winning 2-0 at Hampden Park in their Euro qualifier fixture.
The result, Scotland’s first over Spain in 39 years, puts Scotland top of their Euro 2024 qualifying group, while Spain are now in danger of missing out on qualification altogether. Scott McTominay was the star of the show for Scotland, scoring both goals in the victory.
