SAN FRANCISCO, December 19, (THEWILL) – Popular vocalist, Temilade Openiyi better known as Tems has criticised Ugandan musician, Bebecool, for making cold comments about her recent travails in Kampala, the Ugandan capital.
THEWILL had earlier reported that Tems and Omah Lay were arrested last week Sunday in Uganda after they flouted Covid-19 rules in the country.
According to reports, Bebecool is said to have alerted the Ugandan authorities with a post on Facebook prior to the event, stating that he’ll make ”every effort to fail the event”.
Reacting, Tems took to her Twitter page on Friday to allege that the Ugandan singer called the police to arrest them and later convinced the police to send their release papers to him to confirm the suspicion he played a part in it.
She also warned the Uganda musician to stay clear from Nigeria for the rest of his life or anywhere she, Tems, is present.
She wrote:
@BebeCoolUG You called the police on us. YOU got us arrested.
@BebeCoolUG Your friend broke into our room and took us after YOU called. Only for me to see you in the DPO’s office, chilling and laughing with him. Lmao in my presence and you thought I would sit there and allow you to speak to me. YOU are worse than shit.
@BebeCoolUG I knew you before? You followed the police around and bribed them to send you pictures of our release papers so that you can look like you had anything to do with the release. See your head?
@BebeCoolUG I swear AVOID Nigeria for the rest of your life. If you ever find out I’m in the same place as you. RUN for your life because I will not be in chains. And nothing will stop me from pouncing on you.
This is the last time I’m speaking about this. Enjoy the Clout @BebeCoolUG It is the most you will EVER get in your life.”
