February 28, (THEWILL) – Squid Game the survival drama series was among the top winners at the 2022 Screen Actors Guild Awards, SAG held on Sunday.
The record breaking series won three awards, “Outstanding Action Performance as a Stunt Ensemble Category.”
Lee Jung Jae who starred in the project took home “Outstanding Performance by a male actor in a drama series” while Jung Ho-Yeon took the female category.
The series earlier made history as the first non-English language category series and the first Korean series to clinch a SAG awards nomination.
