October 19, (THEWILL) – At a glamorous ceremony held in London on Sunday, William Troost-Ekong finally wedded his long-term fiancee and mother of his son, Bambi, in the company of a number of celebrities, including Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun, midfielder Wilfred Ndidi and Leicester teammate Kelechi Iheanacho.
The newlywed couple, who have been together for quite some time, were blessed with a son, Oscar, after the 2018 World Cup.
The former Udinese defender, who now stars as a Premier League player with his English side Watford FC, shared the good news of his nuptials over his official Instagram account “wtroostekong”.
The 28-year-old defender posted a picture of himself and his wife with the caption: Mr and Mrs.
Balogun was also present, along with his girlfriend, to honour his international teammate. The Rangers star, who is Ekong’s defensive partner in the Super Eagles team, wore a black suit and was joined by his stunning Brazilian model girlfriend, who wore a dark gown.
Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho of Leicester City were among the Super Eagles stars in attendance.
Nigerian musician Lojay performed at the ceremony, entertaining the couple and guests with some of his music.
