December 29, (THEWILL) – Auto magnate and chairman of foremost auto mart, Skymit Motors, Tayo Ayeni, on Wednesday, December 29, 2022, clocked 60.
To celebrate the milestone, he went all out, rolling out the carpets and playing host to the creme de la creme of society.
The celebrations started off with a thanksgiving church service at the Church of Nativity, Anglican Communion, Ikoyi, Lagos.
This was quickly followed by brunch at his palatial Banana Island home, where guests were serenaded by the choir of Pastor Ituah Ighodalo’s Trinity House Church.
A dinner party was later held in his honour, at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos.
Some of the dignitaries in attendance were Sir Olu Okeowo; Bola Shagaya; Oba Francis Alao; Pastor Ituah Ighodalo; Segun Awolowo, former executive director, Nigerian Export Promotion Council; Bimbo Ashiru, Chairman Oodua Group; Tunde Ayeni, former Skye Bank chairman; Mike Inegbese, chairman Ineh Mic Autos.
Others were Ogun state governor, Dapo Abiodun and his wife, Bamidele; Abdulrahman Abdulrasak, Kwara State Governor; Abdulsamad Rabiu, Chairman BUA Group; Nana Otedola, etc.
