Toyin Saraki, founder of Wellbeing Foundation Africa and wife of the former Senate President, Bukola Saraki has marked the 61st posthumous birthday of her late brother, Dapo Ojora.
Ojora, the polo-loving son of Otunba Adekunle Ojora and Ojuolape died from fatal gunshot wounds in 2020, a few years after he survived a ghastly auto bike crash. It wasn’t clear at the time of his death if he deliberately shot himself or if it was an accidental discharge from the gun.
Police started an investigation into the tragic incident and some suspects were arrested and interrogated in connection to his death. However, the case died a natural death. Taking to her social media page on his 61st birthday, the former Kwara State first lady eulogized her elder brother whom she holds dear to her heart.
She made a video collage of the pictures they took while growing up and some other pictures taken at family functions. A Christian song by Kaline Akinkugbe, a talented pianist and singer was playing in the background while she wrote sweet memorable words to mark the late polo buff’s birthday.
Unable to get over the death of her elder brother, Saraki ensures to celebrate both the death anniversary and birthday of her late brother every year in order to keep his memory alive in her heart. The two were very close and Dapo often doted over her when he was alive.
