The rumored future US Treasury secretary has an uncredited role in Warren Beatty’s new film, “Rules Don’t Apply.”
Donald Trump’s campaign finance chairman Steven Mnuchin is a producer on the film along with fellow moguls like Ron Burkle, Steve Bing, Jeffrey Soros and James Packer.
The movie doesn’t open till Nov. 23, but viewers at screenings, including the opening night of AFI Fest, noticed Mnuchin appears as a banker making a play to take over an airline.
“He doesn’t have any lines, but he’s in a very long scene with Oliver Platt,” said one. His producing credits include “Sully,” “The Lego Movie, ” “Suicide Squad” and “Black Mass.”
