April 18, (THEWILL) – Music executive, Ubi Franklin has revealed that his friend’s daughter was raped during a school competition in Dubai and later suspended from the school.
He stated on Twitter that the girl’s parent got to know after another parent alerted them.
The girl was chosen to represent the school at the world school game in Dubai when the incident happened.
“Just got off the phone with a friend of mine. His 10-year-old daughter was selected to represent the school at the World School Game in Dubai. His daughter was raped by her fellow student, videotaped it and posted on Instagram and the school concealed it for a month.
“He found out on his own when another parent called his wife and showed his wife the video of her 10-year-old daughter.
“I have listened to some confessional statements from some teachers and I am begging this should rather be a dream.
“The school took the girl from her parents that they wanted to conduct a COVID test on her, but the school rather took the girl for a pregnancy test. As we speak, the girl has been suspended from the school.
“Just left my friend’s residence, you will weep if you see my friend and his wife.
“How can Chrisland do this? It took you a month to tell her parents. Sent her a suspension letter after her family started raging cruel and disgusting.”
In a new development, the mother of the victim made the video to narrate her daughter’s ordeal. She cried for help from Nigerians.
According to her, she was traveling out of Lagos about a month ago when she got a call from Mrs Azikeh, the headteacher of the school.

She went to see them and they informed her to caution her daughter because “she kissed a fellow student.”
The victim’s mother promised to reprimand her daughter and also collect her phone so that she can monitor her daughter. And they advised her not to inform her husband about it.
A few weeks after the meeting, she got another call that there was a zoom meeting which she must attend as the school wants to follow up on the state of things.
During the meeting, she noticed that a lot of people were in attendance and she suspected something was wrong from the conversation they had. She threatened to inform her husband if she found out that there was more to the issue.
A concerned parent called her one day and informed her about the video in circulation. She had to inform her husband about the development and she kept calling Mrs Azikeh, but she didn’t pick her call.
While beating her daughter to find out the truth, the daughter confessed that they were abandoned in Dubai despite the fact that the school begged her to release her daughter to travel with them.
Her daughter also informed her that they have been threatening her since the incident happened. They took her for pregnancy test three times without her mother’s consent.
