May 18, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo, is grateful to be alive. The mother of two marked her birthday on Tuesday and recounted her near death experiences.
She revealed that she wasn’t sure she would be alive to celebrate after those terrible experiences. She added that she was in the theatre trying to birth her baby, but she was just afraid something would go wrong. Her husband was by her side encouraging her to make a positive confession.
It was later discovered that she had complications. She had blood sacs in her stomach that could lead to bleeding afterwards.
She appreciated a Muslim doctor, who refused to stitch her up and insisted things weren’t normal and ensured she was well treated.
She posted a picture of herself at the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital and stated that she was going in and out of coma. And she couldn’t remember anything.
“This is me in the ICU. Going in and out of coma. People in ICU are always critical guys. In this place I didn’t remember that I just had baby sef. I didn’t remember family, not even my husband that was there, no, I didn’t remember. I was just in too much pain and I couldn’t breathe.
“This life, prioritise health and life, for these two are paramount. It’s just a thin line between life and death! Be humble.
