The decision comes after a challenging English Premier League season where the team currently occupies 19th position with merely nine points from 16 matches.
O’Neil, who previously guided Wolves to a respectable 14th place finish in the 2023/2024 season, found his position increasingly precarious after losing star players, Pedro Neto and Max Kilman, during the summer transfer window.
