July 11, (THEWILL) Veteran Nollywood actor Dayo Adewunmi, known as Sule Suebebe, has apologised to the women he dated over the years, who he may have offended during his youthful days.
In a viral video, Suebebe, who plies his trade in the Yoruba-speaking movie industry sector, admitted that he lived a reckless lifestyle when he was younger.
The Ekiti-based thespian, who appeared frail while speaking in the video shared by a Nigerian cleric, asked the women he offended to forgive him.
The actor is currently battling health issues and cannot walk.
Suebebe said in his youth that he had numerous lovers and had no idea who he might have offended.
“Please, I want to ask for forgiveness. Please, I want everyone I have offended to forgive me”, the actor begged in Yoruba language.
“When I was young, I was a musician. I enjoyed life. I do not repeat clothes. My house was like a textile factory, to tell you how much I had clothes and shoes.
“I was just living life recklessly. I engaged in minor activities, and I was making money constantly. However, I did not have a mentor to warn me about my lifestyle. None of my relatives advised me.
“Nigerians, please. Anyone I have wronged, knowingly or unknowingly. Please forgive me. I should prostrate while begging, but my health won’t allow me.
“Please forgive me, especially all the women I have offended. I know I have stepped on toes regarding the issue of women.”
Only last week, Suebebe took to social media to cry out for financial support to foot his medical bills.
