March 14, (THEWILL) – A video currently making rounds on the internet features a man identified as Mr Fatai Odunsi, who has publicly claimed to be the biological father of renowned Afrobeats singer Asake.
The man stated in the video that he had a stroke in March 2022 and has not seen or received any help from the music star since then. In the footage, Odunsi passionately asserts his paternity, sparking widespread discussion and curiosity among fans and the general public.
“I am the one that gave birth to Asake Ahmed, the singer. Since I had stroke, I haven’t seen him. The last time I saw him was in March 2022. He doesn’t pick my calls when I call him. Please, I only need your help”, he said.
Asake is widely known to have been raised by his mother. According to some reports, the singer’s father left him years ago.
Odunsi’s claims have added a new layer of intrigue to the singer’s personal life, with many eagerly awaiting Asake’s response to the allegation.
