April 13, (THEWILL) – Eddie Nketiah could be set to make a comeback this weekend as Arsenal travel to face West Ham in the English Premier League.
Nketiah, who signed a new five-year contract with the Gunners last summer, found himself thrust into the role of regular starter earlier this season after Gabriel Jesus suffered a knee problem while playing for Brazil.
During that period, the 23-year-old scored four goals in nine EPL games, including a brace in a thrilling 3-2 win over Manchester United in January. However, he eventually lost his place to mid-season signing, Leandro Trossard, before succumbing to an ankle injury.
