December 30, (THEWILL) — American singer-songwriter Beyoncé Knowles is now officially a billionaire, Forbes announced on Monday, placing her among a small group of musicians to surpass the $1 billion mark.
Her rise to billionaire status follows a highly successful 2025, driven by her Cowboy Carter album, world tour and business ventures.
Forbes estimates that Beyoncé earned $148 million in 2025 before taxes, making her one of the highest-paid musicians of the year.
The Cowboy Carter Tour grossed over $400 million in ticket sales and about $50 million from merchandise, helping push her net worth past $1 billion.
Much of her wealth comes from touring and owning her music through Parkwood Entertainment, the company she founded to manage her career, music, films and tours.
She now joins an elite list of billionaire musicians, including Jay-Z, Taylor Swift, Rihanna and Bruce Springsteen.
Beyond music, Beyoncé has expanded into business with ventures such as hair-care brand Cécred and whiskey label SirDavis, though touring remains her biggest source of income.
