August 05, (THEWILL) – Controversial crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has been released from prison today Monday, July 5.
Recall that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had on April 5, secured his conviction for mutilating naira notes. He was charged on four counts bordering on naira abuse.
He pleaded guilty before Justice A.O. Awogboro of the Federal High Court, Lagos and was sent to six months behind bars.
