August 27, (THEWILL) – Popular Nollywood actor, Victor Olaotan, is dead.
Confirming the incident, his wife stated that she is grateful that the 69-year-old actor can finally go to rest after he has suffered for years.
The “Tinsel”’ actor died on Thursday after he battled a prolonged illness.
THEWILL recalls that the actor was bedridden for five years after he was involved in an accident on his way to a movie scene.
In 2018, Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola, had donated N39 million for his medical bills.
She also stated that anytime she spoke to him via video call, she could see that he was fighting.
She said, “He has tried. It is not easy to be trapped in your own body for five years. He can finally rest now.”
