February 27, (THEWILL) — Renowned Nigerian fuji musician Shanko Rasheed Atanda has announced the death of his first son, Jamaldeen Atanda.
Shanko shared the heartbreaking news on Instagram on Friday, expressing his deep sorrow. He did not provide details about when or how his son passed away.
In the post, he wrote:
“So Sad no parent prays to lose a child in their lifetime but Alhamdulilahi Jamaldeen Emrs Atanda JNR rest well my champ I will surely tell you all about it when I see you again. Omo Ola sun reeee.”
The tragic news comes just months after Jamaldeen celebrated his 12th birthday in December, an occasion Shanko marked with a heartfelt message.
