
April 30, (THEWILL) — Nigerian rapper, Ice Prince, has shared details of his health and lifestyle routine, describing it as a “Testimony of Grace” and a “Work in prograce.”
In an Instagram post on Thursday, the rapper outlined major changes he has made, including cutting out sugar, alcohol, energy drinks, soda, noodles, pasta, and bread. He also said he has quit smoking and stopped using seed or vegetable oil.
Ice Prince said his daily routine now includes morning and evening walks, regular workouts, and celibacy. He added that he drinks water, homemade smoothies, or coconut water, along with ginger tea, green tea, or black coffee.
On his diet, he said he follows OMAD (one meal a day) four times a week and TWOMAD (two meals a day) three times a week, with meals made up of 50 percent protein, 30 percent vegetables and 20 percent carbohydrates.
He also said he maintains a 10 p.m. bedtime, gets six to seven hours of sleep and reads daily, adding that he has never used drugs or supplements.
His post comes amid attention on his recent weight loss, which he says is the result of discipline, diet and exercise rather than illness.
The rapper also said his new album, “Testimony of Grace”, reflecting his personal and artistic growth, will be released tomorrow.
