April 25, (THEWILL) – Legendary Nigerian artiste, Innocent Idibia, also known as 2Baba, has lamented not spending enough time with his children.
The musician was reacting to a recent interview in which notable footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo reflected on spending time with his family and moments with his father, who died in 2005.
The singer took to Instagram to share a video clip of the interview. He stated that watching the video made him realise the need to spend more time with his children.
“This got me teary. I have lost so much precious time with all my kids and I can’t rewind. I’m so sad about that. So, this is truly a wake up call to all fathers.”
2Baba tied the knot with Annie Idibia in May 2012. They both have two children, Olivia and Isabella Idibia.
But he has other children with his ex-lovers, Pero Adeniyi and Sumbo Ajaba, now Sumbo Adeoye.
He has two children with Sumbo and three children with Pero, making him a father of seven children.
