August 05, (THEWILL) – Popular businesswoman, Nwanneka Nkumah’s marriage has ended on a sad note and she is back in the singles club. Nwanneka, who is one of the biggest hair vendors in Nigeria and Ghana, reportedly walked out on her husband in 2019, a year after she welcomed her last child with him, but she pretended that all was well.
Unknown to many, Nwanneka was a victim of domestic abuse and most of the gifts she flaunted on social media, supposedly from her husband, Williams, were actually purchased with her hard-earned money. Sources allege that her husband couldn’t be bothered about her welfare and the progress of her business while the marriage lasted.
However, in what looks like a dramatic twist, the same sources claim that her husband has been begging to be reconciled with her, but his appeals on each occasion fell on deaf ears.
