February 16, (THEWILL) — Nigerian rapper, Odumodublvck, says he will only end his feud with fellow rapper, Blaqbonez, if he receives a personal apology
The tension between them began months ago with a public clash over who is one of Nigeria’s top rappers, as both artistes exchanged words on social media and in their music.
The feud escalated when Blaqbonez released a diss track titled ACL, widely believed to be aimed at Odumodublvck, drawing intense reactions from fans and the music community.
Speaking in a recent interview with Pulse Nigeria, Odumodublvck said their conflict is personal and not just about music or diss tracks.
“My rift with Blaqbonez is personal. But I won’t rule out the possibility of reconciliation because there is nothing God can’t forgive. However, you can only forgive a contrite heart.
“You are sending big artistes to come and beg me but because you want to maintain a social image, you don’t want to apologise even in private because you feel I would expose you if you do.
“Real men don’t behave like that. I can’t possibly post someone’s apology online. If you can’t humble yourself, you will be stunted”, the rapper remarked.
Odumodublvck said he has been approached by influential figures in the industry who pleaded on Blaqbonez’s behalf.
However, he expressed disappointment that Blaqbonez has not reached out directly.
Despite the tension, Odumodublvck said reconciliation is possible, only if Blaqbonez makes a sincere personal apology.
