April 14, (THEWILL) – Controversial street-hop artist, Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has been arrested by operatives of the Kwara State Police Command over a string of allegations bordering on criminal defamation, threat to life, and conduct likely to incite public unrest.
