April 05, (THEWILL) – Karim Benzema scored a hattrick as Real Madrid secured their spot in the Copa del Rey final with a stunning 4-0 victory over arch-rivals Barcelona at Camp Nou on Wednesday.
With Madrid trailing 1-0 on aggregate following the first leg, the game got off to an intense start as both teams created early chances. Sergi Roberto and Raphinha had efforts denied for Barcelona, while Vinicius Junior saw a shot blocked at the other end.
