March 08, (THEWILL) – AC Milan overturned a two-goal deficit to triumph 3-2 against Lecce in Serie A on Saturday, marking their 1,500th victory in the Italian top flight.
The match began with early drama when Santiago Gimenez had a goal disallowed for offside after just 47 seconds.
Nikola Krstovic put Lecce ahead in the seventh minute with a stunning strike into the right corner.
