January 07, (THEWILL) — Popular Nigerian singers, Simi and husband, Adekunle Gold, have welcomed twins.
Hinting at the birth of the twins, Adekunle Gold took to his Snapchat page, where he shared his gratitude.
He wrote, “Asked God for another child and He blessed me double.”
In December 2025, the couple confirmed they were expecting another child, and Simi later appeared heavily pregnant in the music video for Adekunle Gold’s song titled “My Love Is The Same”, released on December 24, 2025.
The video featured Adekunle Gold, Simi, and their daughter, Adejare (Deja), portraying a joyful family moment.
Simi and Adekunle Gold got married in a private ceremony in January 2019. They welcomed their first child, a daughter named Adejare, in May 2020.
Fans and well-wishers have since flooded social media with congratulatory messages for the couple.
