April 14, (THEWILL) – Nigerian controversial musician, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has been remanded in the Oke Kura Correctional Centre in Ilorin, Kwara State, due to his inability to meet the bail conditions set by an Upper Area Court on Monday.

Portable was arrested by the Kwara State Police Command following a petition filed by renowned Fuji musician, Okunola Saheed, popularly known as Saheed Osupa, who accused him of criminal defamation, threat to life and conduct likely to incite public unrest.

Despite being granted bail of N1 million, Portable was unable to meet the court’s conditions, which included presenting two sureties in an equivalent amount.
