August 29, (THEWILL) — Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of Dutch midfielder Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig in a deal worth €60 million.

The north London club outbid Chelsea with their late offer, convincing the playmaker to choose Spurs over what had initially appeared his preferred destination in west London.
