August 4, (THEWILL) — Real estate entrepreneur King Mohammed Odeh Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted TikTok stars Peller and Jarvis as “small money”.

Ochacho made the statement during a TikTok livestream on Monday, August 3, days after presenting the luxury property to the couple during their wedding ceremony in Lagos.

The founder of Ochacho Real Homes said his children inspired the gesture because they see Peller as a positive influence on young people.

He stated, “400 million is no money. 400 million is just 400 Naira as far as Ice King, Money Man, Ochacho Real Estate is concerned. It’s small money to them.”

The mansion is located in Life Camp, Abuja, close to Ochacho’s family estate, Palace 7.

Explaining his decision to support Peller, Ochacho said the content creator’s personality and character influenced the choice.

He added, “Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give.”

The businessman also hinted that the mansion would not be his final gift to the couple, promising more surprises in the future.

He stated,

“That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I’m going to give to Peller. The next one I’ll give to Peller, they will off light in this country. They shouldn’t worry.”

During the livestream, Ochacho also announced plans to pay school fees for selected students as part of his son Ice King’s birthday celebration.

He said beneficiaries with verified school accounts would have their fees paid directly to their schools.

The mansion gift attracted widespread attention online, with guests celebrating the gesture during the ceremony. The wedding was attended by celebrities, content creators and other public figures.

The gift also sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some users questioning the publicity around the announcement, while others praised Ochacho for supporting the couple.
