October 03, (THEWILL) — Nigerian music star, Innocent “Tuface” Idibia, has addressed circulating rumours regarding his alleged arrest in London.
According to reports that surfaced on Friday, the singer was reportedly detained after a heated argument with his wife, Natasha Osawaru, after their arrival in the UK.
These speculations rapidly spread across social media, after Tuface failed to perform at his scheduled UK tour on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
In response, Tuface posted a video on Instagram, refuting the arrest claims. He explained that the cancellation of the show was due to a medical emergency, not a domestic conflict.
He expressed gratitude to fans who attended the event despite the circumstances and assured them that a rescheduled performance would be organised.
“First of all, I want to say to everyone that came out, I appreciate you. We had a medical emergency, it was tough. To the organisers and everyone that came out, we go regroup and make something beautiful happen”, he said
He also urged the public to refrain from spreading unverified information, stating, “And please, if you know sabi something, make una no talk I beg. This allegedly, I don tire”.
