December 20, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actress, Bimpe Akintunde, aka Wasila Coded, has revealed why she has been single for almost eight years.
In a self-conducted interview shared via her Instagram page on Tuesday, the film star said she is still single because she feels men see a good woman as a “threat”.
Akintunde also said she desires to get married someday — although she added that she is “not in a hurry”.
“I think our men do not appreciate a good woman and I feel a good woman is a threat to all the guys out there. My own loyalty is very high for all these sons of Adam to handle,” she said.
“Well, I really wish and hope to be married but I’m not in a hurry,” she said.
Akintunde has a female child, who is six-year-old, from her previous relationship.
Aside from acting and producing, Akintunde doubles as a TV and radio presenter.
