May 05, (THEWILL) – Actress cum politician, Funke Akindele, has given reason for choosing to stay away from the social media app, Twitter.
The mother of two made this known while responding to banters and questions from her followers on the app.
When asked why she has not been as active on Twitter as she was a few months ago, the movie producer revealed that users of the app are fond of insulting people and so she had to take a break.
“Dem too dey insult people on this app, so I stayed off.”
When asked if she is afraid of people on the app, she responded, “You? Afraid of people? No way.”
Akindele made it known that she is not afraid, but just being careful.
“No, I’m not afraid!! I’m just careful,” she added.
