April 17, (THEWILL) — Afrobeats singer Ayra Starr has announced that her third studio album, “Starr Girl”, will be released in July 2026.
She revealed this during an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show.
“My album ‘Starr Girl’ drops in July…I’m so proud of this body of work. I put everything into it, and I can’t wait for the world to hear it,” she said during the interview.
The singer described the project as a major creative step and said she put significant effort into its development.
She also noted that the album reflects her artistic growth and experimentation with new sounds.
Ahead of the album release, she has dropped new songs, including “Where Do We Go,” which she also performed on the show.
The track, released in March 2026, shows a shift toward a more pop and dancehall-influenced sound.
