June 28, (THEWILL) – Scottish Premiership champions, Celtic, are not considering a move for Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, according to reports monitored by THEWILL.
Ndidi, whose club, Leicester City, suffered relegation from the English Premier League last season, has just one year remaining on his contract, raising the possibility of him seeking top-level football elsewhere. Although Ndidi was recently linked to Celtic, Football Scotland now suggests that the deal is unlikely to materialise as the club does not prioritise his signing this summer.
The reason behind Celtic’s lack of interest in Ndidi does not reflect any concerns about his quality as a player. Instead, it revolves around the financial aspect of the potential transfer.
