March 25, (THEWILL) – Humphrey Anumudu, an aspirant for the ticket of the Labour Party (LP) in the upcoming governorship election in Imo State, has been found dead in his house.
Chief Anumudu, who was a lawyer until his death, was a native of Mbieri in Imo state.
His death comes about three years after his older brother, late socialite, auto dealer and founder of Globe Motors, Willie Anumudu, died in 2020.
The late Anumudu was reportedly found dead in his house in what has been described as a spiritual attack.
The late politician had paid the sum of N25 million for the Labour Party’s governorship form ahead of the election on November 11th 2023.
This isn’t the late Anumudu’s rodeo in the political circle. He had contested the governorship election in Imo State in 2019, under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
