SAN FRANCISCO, November 14, (THEWILL) –Â Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe will not file out against Portugal on Saturday after he was not included in France’s 23-man team sheet for the Nations League A, Group 3 fixture.
The Frenchman sustained a hamstring injury against Nantes on Saturday, October 31 and could not make it back in time to feature for his country in Lisbon.
The 21-year-old missed the friendly defeat to Finland earlier in the week and it remains unclear if he will be ready for the upcoming Nations League tie against Sweden on Tuesday, November 17.
French coach Didier Deschamps had named Mbappe in the initial squad even with doubts over the youngster’s fitness.

Thomas Tuchel’s side could be without Mbappe was well when, on Friday, November 20, they go against Monaco, and also when they host RB Leipzig four days later in the Champions League.
