November 10, (THEWILL) — Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels’ brother, Samuel Ojeogwu, popularly known as Sammy West, has been granted bail after days in detention.
He was reportedly released on Monday, November 10, 2025, following his transfer from Keffi Correctional Centre to Suleja Prison.
Ojeogwu’s arrest followed a petition accusing him of conspiracy, trespass, assault, intimidation, theft, and cyberbullying, after he allegedly ignored several police invitations, a case reportedly connected to Regina Daniels’ ongoing marital dispute with Senator Ned Nwoko.
Celebrating his release, his elder brother, @Sweezzy1, took to Instagram, writing:
“Sammy, you are a great man. Bail has been granted! Nigerians, thank you.”
