July 02, (THEWILL) – Dean Henderson has been loaned out to English Premier League returnees, Nottingham Forest, for the entire 2022/2023 season by Manchester United, with no option to buy included in the agreement.
The goalie has been with United since he was 14 years old and has played in 49 Premier League games, including 36 when playing for Sheffield United in the 2019/2020 season.
The 25-year-old has received one England cap, and it is likely that he moved to Nottingham to seek out more first-team play in an effort to earn a berth in Gareth Southgate’s 2022 World Cup roster.
