May Edochie, first wife of Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has liked a post made by Georgina Onuoha, where she criticised the actor for bragging about polygamy.
In April, the actor announced the arrival of his son whom he had with his second wife, actress Judy Austin, to the chagrin of his first wife.
His action generated so much mixed reaction on social media.
On Thursday, the controversy about his marital moves heightened, when Edochie bragged about the blessings he has received since he became a polygamist.
He backed his claims with biblical references of men who trod the same path.
However, one of his colleagues, Onuoha criticised him for marrying a second wife without the consent of his first wife.
She revealed that marrying a second wife is not wrong according to Nigeria tradition, but the way he went about it was wrong.
She accused him of committing adultery and disrespecting his first wife, adding that he has failed traditionally and biblically.
Onuoha tagged the actor’s first wife and she liked the post in return. This is not the first time that she will be going against her husband’s decision to pick a second wife.
She had earlier revealed that her faith and family does not practice polygamy.
