March 23, (THEWILL) — Leonid Radvinsky, the reclusive Ukrainian-American billionaire and owner of the adult-content platform, OnlyFans, has passed away at the age of 43 after a prolonged battle with cancer.
His death was confirmed on Monday through a statement issued by the company.
“We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky”, a spokesperson said.
“Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. His family has requested privacy during this difficult time.”
Radvinsky acquired Fenix International, the parent company of OnlyFans, in 2018, two years after the platform was founded by British father-and-son duo, Guy and Tim Stokely.
Under his leadership, OnlyFans transformed into a global cultural phenomenon, though it also sparked significant controversy due to its adult content.
He was also known for his low-profile philanthropic approach, supporting causes such as Ukraine relief efforts and cancer research.
