July 06, (THEWILL) – American singer, Travis Scott, has fully returned to live performance since the Astroworld tragedy that left ten people dead and several Injured.
The rapper, who founded the Astroworld Festival was performing at NRG Park in Houston, Texas, in November, 2021, when a stampede took place, leaving several people injured.
The rapper had close to 300 lawsuits after the tragedy.
He has gotten over the experience and he is now fully back to live performance and this time around, his show is already sold out.
According to Complex, he had added a second date at the O2 Arena in London due to fans demand.
He sold out the first show in just two hours. Now, his second show is billed to take place on August 7.
His spokesperson said that the heartwarming development are merely the “latest sign” that fans are awaiting his full-blown return to live performances.
“Travis packed weekend performances and the fact that the O2 show in London sold out within two hours are just latest signs that fans demand is sky-high for the return of one of the world’s favorite artiste”, the spokesperson stated.
