July 1, (THEWILL) – Kim Kardashian has been sued for trademark infringement, over her skincare brand SKKN.

A New York business woman and esthetician, Cydnie Lunford, sued the reality show star over trademark Infringement over SKKN.

In the lawsuit filed on June 28, Lunford revealed her company, Beauty Concept, has conducted business continuously under the SKKN+ in Washington, since 2018.

She revealed she had used the name in connection with offering high end salon services, as well as products sold in physical retail stores online.
