June 11, (THEWILL) – Talented thespian and mother of one, Osas Ighodaro, has addressed claims that she is in a relationship with Ayo Balogun, professionally known as Wizkid.
There has been rumour that the duo are dating, but she has refuted the claims.
While speaking during the latest episode of “Off Air”, a podcast hosted by Gbemi Olateru-Olagegi and Tolu Oniru, also known as Toolz, Ighodaro stated she is just a friend to the music act.
She also addressed reports that she flew from Nigeria to London to attend Wizkid’s concert.
The actress made it known that Wizkid held his concert in London while she was in Dubai, but she later travelled to London to attend the show.
She declared that she is still single and Wizkid has never asked her out for a date or made sexual advances at her.
She recounted how the music act stood by her when she lost her mother.
“He’s my friend, we’ve been cool for a long time. You know what it is, he’s such a cool guy and a friend.
“So, he took a friend and I out to enjoy ourselves, and during that time, I lost your mum. He just wanted to show us a good time.”
