June 11, (THEWILL) – Celebrity stylist, Toyin Lawani, has hilariously revealed how producers of Lagos Housewives of Lagos did something “dirty” to her.
In the 10th episode of the show, the style icon was captured twerking, while her co-stars, Iyabo Ojo and Chioma Goodhair, were having a serious conversation.
Lawani posted a clip from the episode on her Instagram handle on Friday. She revealed that the producers of the show which airs on Showmax, did her dirty by capturing her twerking moment.
This is not the first time that housemates on the reality show will be stating their mind about things they don’t like about the reality show.
Carolina Danjuma, another participant of the show, had earlier claimed the producers couldn’t afford her. She spoke about spending her own money during production.
“I will speak for myself. I wasn’t (paid). I don’t know about other actresses and their contracts.
“But for me, I was told I could not be afforded. They were going to give me an honorarium which had to do with my styling.
“And that was it. No royalties, nothing, no payment. I spent at least N20 million to N30 million of my own money buying new designer things.
“Things I hate to do. I paid for more in terms of styling, just for everything to work out.
